LCD Rotary evaporators use stepless speed to make the glass rotating bottle constant rotation, the material in the bottle wall to form a large area of uniform film, and then through the intelligent constant temperature water bath heat the rotating bottle uniformly, high-speed evaporation under vacuum case, after the efficient glass condenser cooling, the solvent vapor will recycle in the collection bottle.

Characteristics

The parts in contact with the material are all made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and PTFE materials, which have stable performance and are not easy to react with the materials.

The main stent is made of aluminum alloy.

The sealing system uses PTFE + fluororubber compound sealing.

The piston-type feeding valve is sleeved with PTFE extension tube, which can be continuously fed to the evaporation bottle under vacuum status.

Upright double-layer serpentine coil as integrated condenser.

Rotating and heating is controlled by power switch, which is a ON-OFF tilt button.

Large LCD display, which can display temperature and speed at the same time.

Brushless rotating motor, no spark, low noise, stable running.

Electronic stepless speed regulation, fine-adjustment by knob.

The bath is made of aluminum alloy + Teflon composite pot, aluminum alloy heating plate, PT100 sensor.

The main machine is lifted electrically, and the manual switch, a tilt button also can control the up and down of main machine.

Rotating and heating double fuses safety protection.
