Airlift Bioreactor Fermenter is quite an important device in wine, tissue engineering, biochemical engineering, pharmaceutical production, organic pollutant degradation etc.

Characteristics

Diameter to height ratio: 1:4-5; Liquid filling coefficient: 70%.

Tank: 316L stainless steel tank jacket combined with part of the glass cylinder, in line with the air-lift fermentation process.

Stirring system: air flow stirring, specially designed built-in deflector, low shear force, special ventilation distribution method, rotor flowmeter display, according to the process requirements to adjust the flow rate of gas.

Sterilization: In-situ sterilization.
