Application of double-layer glass reactor.
The double-layer glass reactor is designed with double-layer glass. The reaction solvent is placed in the inner layer for stirring reaction, and the interlayer can be connected to different cold and heat sources (refrigeration liquid, hot water or hot oil) for cyclic heating or cooling reaction. Under set constant temperature conditions, in a closed glass reactor, the stirring reaction can be carried out under normal pressure or negative pressure according to the use requirements, and the reaction solution can be refluxed and distilled. It is an ideal choice for modern fine chemical plants, biopharmaceuticals and Ideal pilot and production equipment for the synthesis of new materials.

Working principle of a double-layer glass reactor.
Through the interlayer of the double-layer glass reactor, constant temperature (high or low temperature) hot melt media or cooling media are injected to heat or cool the materials in the reactor at a constant temperature, and stirring can be provided. The materials react in the reaction kettle, and the evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution can be controlled. After the reaction is completed, the materials can be released from the discharge port at the bottom of the kettle, which is extremely convenient to operate. It is an ideal equipment for modern chemical sample, medium sample experiment, biopharmaceutical and new material synthesis. It can perform high-temperature reactions (equipped with a corresponding circulating oil bath, the maximum temperature can reach 300°C); it can also perform low-temperature reactions (equipped with a corresponding low-temperature refrigerant circulation system, the lowest temperature can reach -80°C); it can be evacuated, thus Do vacuum reaction. Moreover, its unique design makes the test safer and more convenient.

Simple troubleshooting of double-layer glass reactor.
1. If the fuse is short-circuited, turn the power switch to the OFF position and replace the fuse.

2. The vacuum hose is aging, please replace the vacuum hose.

3. The main spindle is loose left and right, and the tightening screw is loose. Tighten it.

4. The outer casing is electrified and the heating pipe has cracks and water has entered. Please ask a professional electrician to check.

5. The speed display does not match the actual value, the voltage is unstable, and there are errors in it. Please contact the supplier.

6. The vacuum disappears suddenly, the glass is cracked, and the switch is damaged. Check the glass parts and replace the switch.

7. There is a vacuum, but it cannot be evacuated. The sealing ring is worn. If the connected vacuum switch leaks, please replace the sealing ring and switch.

8. The vacuum comes and goes. There is dirt on the steel shaft and the connector is loose. Please remove the dirt and check the vacuum meter and vacuum pump.

9. Turn on the power switch, but the indicator light does not light up. If the external power supply is not connected or has poor contact, please ask a professional electrician to check the power supply and socket.

10. The power indicator light is on, but it does not rotate. Stop using the rotating shaft due to rust. Contact the supplier for the motor. The electrical box is faulty and the seven-pin plug is not connected. Reconnect the seven-pin plug.

11. The motor temperature is too high (room temperature plus 40°C is normal). If it is overloaded, stop it. Turn the shaft by hand to see if it is heavy. Clean the dirt on the contact part between the sealing ring and the glass shaft, and apply vacuum grease.
