How do you measure/calibrate push and pull?

How to use a pointer push-pull force gauge?
First of all, there are two types of pointer push-pull force gauges: flat plate and cylinder. The two types are different in appearance. The main reason for selection is the measuring range. The range of the push-pull force gauge includes 100g, 150g, 250g, 500g, etc. It should be based on the approximate range of the measurement and do not exceed its range, otherwise the push-pull force gauge may be easily damaged. It is also not advisable to choose it too large, as this will make it difficult to observe the reading and the accuracy will be low.

Secondly, when measuring, you must first observe whether the pointer is at the zero position. If it is not at the zero position, adjust it to the zero position. This point is sometimes easily overlooked. Often, after a measurement, the pointer is not at zero, and the measured values are all wrong.
Third, pay attention to the reading method when measuring. Keep your eyes level with the pointer and do not squint to minimize reading errors. There are two main numerical labels for dynamometers, namely grams and newtons. Be careful not to confuse them.

How to use a digital push-pull force meter?
1. Before use, first check whether the battery voltage is normal. If there is undervoltage, please charge it in time, otherwise the measurement will be biased.
2. Estimate the measurement size and select a dynamometer with an appropriate range. If the measurement exceeds the range, the dynamometer sensor will be damaged.
3. When the measured value is less than 3% of the force measuring range, the accuracy will deviate.
4. When not in use for a long time, the dynamometer should be charged regularly.
5. At the same time, when the weather is humid in summer, attention should be paid to the storage environment of the instrument to avoid corrosion of the instrument.
