What is Gluten tester?
Gluten tester is widely used in food and flour processing, grain and oil research institutions, grain storage and other departments.



Characteristics of gluten.
1.Double headed gluten tester is also called double headed gluten tester, which consists of three independent instruments: double headed gluten washer, MJZ gluten index tester and dryer.

2. It is a special instrument used to measure the content of wet (dry) gluten in flour, gluten quality (gluten index) and gluten water retention, especially suitable for users with large sample quantities.
